The same will be achieved through: –
- We will build and sustain an organisation which is customer oriented, innovative and where quality is the hall mark of every operation.
- Implementation – quality management system is in accordance with ZED and continual improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Continuous efforts being made in upgrading technical capability.
- Enhancing job performance through imparting training to each and every employee.
The Organisation will provide financial and human resources to achieve the above objectives and will review these objectives periodically.
- a)To implement and maintain the QMS quality management system and continual improvement of its effectiveness, and
- b)To enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.
Quality objectives
General Manager ensures that quality objectives, including those needed to meet requirements for product, are established at relevant functions and levels within the organisation. The defined quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the quality policy. The current defined Quality Objectives are:
- To Achieve the 90% machinery utilisation.
- To Technically / Educationally upgrade the human resources.
- To minimise the breakdown time.
- To increase the sales turnover.
- To develop new customers.
Quality management system planning
Top management ensures that:
- The planning of the quality management system is carried out in order to meet the different requirements of ZED as well as the quality objectives, and other any applicable standards.
